Non Credit Card Orders:
If you are unable to use a credit card, you can also purchase photos
through the mail by check or money order, using our
NCSN Photo Mail Order Form. However, your order
will take up to three weeks to complete, pending personal check
clearance by your banking institution.
Obtaining the Correct Photo Names (from Galleries):
Be sure to select the correct photos names from
NCSN Photo Store
galleries. When you choose a photo from the gallery, you will
find the name of the photo directly above it, beginning with a
six-digit number which represents the date which the photo was
taken, followed by the participating team names. Please
clearly print the names of the photos on the
NCSN Photo Mail Order Form.

STEP 1:
Determine which photo(s) you would like to inquire about. Each photo has a distinct name which can be found by placing your cursor over the photo, clicking the right mouse button, then clicking “Properties.” In the image to the right, the name of the photo has been highlighted in blue. (The name of the photo is also found after the last slash in the URL address.)
STEP 2:
Please complete the following form to INQUIRE about the availability of your photo choices.
This is NOT your purchase order. It is merely an inquiry. Within five business days, we will respond by E-Mail and advise you as to availability, various size options and any other
photos and considerations that you might wish to review before purchasing.

Our E-Mail response will provide you with information about your
options and direct you to our Secure Online Ordering Page and Form, as well as an optional
printout mail-order form.
Prints or Original Digital Photos:
Upon purchase, NCSN will send to you the high-resolution prints or E-Mail the original digital photographs. Photographs that part of combined online images (two or more images in a single shot) are also
available separately. Most of the original photographs are 1600 x 1200 pixels in size
or larger, and can produce more superior photographs. Prints are
generally available up to 8 x 10 inches in size, depending upon original capture.
Due to various print options, sizes and considerations, please follow the steps below in determining your photograph and purchase options.
Image Quality:
Online photos: The images on North Country SportsNet have been optimized for quick Internet loading and viewing on your computer by compressing photos to approximately four-percent of their original, high-resolution quality. While this process has very little impact on how the photos look on the Internet, the 96-percent pixel loss produces a very grainy,
poor-quality image for photo prints, enlarging or even background wallpaper on computers.
PHOTO PRICES:
E-Mailed digital photos are $10.00, allowing for unlimited prints. Photo prints sent via U.S. Mail are $6.00 for 4"
x 6," $8.00 for 5" x 7" and $10.00 for 8" x 10" sizes (plus
shipping and handling). Special orders for larger sizes might also be available. ALL photos are subject to availability and size limitations.
ALL purchases are subject to N.Y. State sales tax (7%), except legally tax-exempt organizations. Proof of tax-exempt status is required and must be supplied.
SECURE ORDERING:
Mail order transactions are completed within 14 business days following receipt. Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal’s Secure Online Processing. Your personal information will ONLY be used to process and ship your order and to charge your credit card account.
