IMPORTANT!!!
I am very sorry to announce that I am going to be unable
to keep the site going. Due to many
different things I just don't have enough time
in the day without affecting how much sleep I
get. Senior year is becoming insane and I
have massive loads of homework and other Senior
like things such as college things to fill out I
just have absolutely no time for anything.
Doing this site takes up all my free time plus
more. I get less and less sleep that I need
each day because of trying to keep the site
up-to-date. This lack of sleep is affecting my
grades and my running both of which are very
important to me, so I am going to quit the site
before my grades really get affected and worse
my running. This is my last chance to run good
in high school and I don't want any excuses to
why I messed it up.
I want to thank all the coaches and athletes who
helped me along with the site and I am so very
sorry for not being able to finish it.
Sincerely,
Brandon LaVack

| "How does a kid from Coos Bay, with one leg longer than the
other, win races? All my life people have been telling me,
'You're too small, Pre,' 'You're not fast enough Pre,' 'Give up your
foolish dream, Steve.' But they forgot something: I HAVE TO
WIN." ~ Steve Prefontaine |

"A lot of people run a race to see who is the fastest. I
run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into an
exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself himself even
more. Nobody is going to win a 5,000-meter race after running
an easy two miles. Not with me. If I lose, forcing the
pace all the way, well, at least I can live with myself.
