Information Needed |

For ALL teams that will be
coming to the Adirondack Ultimate Layout we will need these
things sent to us to our email,
upstateultimate@hotmail.com
by end of May exact day will be announced when we figure an
approximant day:
Things needed:
~ Roster of your team.
~ Team Color (This will be the color your team must wear for
a T-Shirt)
~ Size of T-Shirts for all people on your team that want
one.
~ We will also need your teams nickname such as the host
teams being called "The Warriors" |

IMPORTANT: More
than one team will be allowed per school, so announce
the Adirondack Ultimate Layout to your friends and give
them this website, so they can check it out for
themselves. |

Conduct Agreement: (You can read, but there will
be copies at each event hosted by us for you to sign.
Once you sign it once we will put it in a file and no
need to do it again unless new things are added) |
