The Gouverneur Wildcats Cheerleading team strikes the final pose of their routine. The Wildcats captured the Section X Championship in the Large school division scoring 122.95 points. Gouverneur was followed by the Malone Huskies who placed second in the division with 117.9 points. Heuvelton rounded out the division placing third recoding 112.4 points. peck, McDonald, Armstrong win individual competitions


Gouverneur's Harlie Peck takes her final attempt in the Best Pike event which was won by Malone’s Megan McDonald took home the victory in. In other Individual contests, Peck captured the victory in the Tumbling event as well as the Individual Cheer Competition , Brook Armstrong from Heuvelton won the Basket Toss event and Massena had the best Stunt Team. The Massena Red Raiders Cheer Squad hit their closing pose of the routine in the Co-Ed Division. The Red Raiders captures the Section X Championships in the Co-Ed Division scoring 131 points. lisbon cheers way to small school championship


The Lisbon Golden Knights bust out to begin their routine in the Small School Division. The Golden Knights picked up the Section X Championship in the Small School Division racking up 158.8 points. The Edwards-Knox Cougars (121) took home second place while Brushton-Moira (92.2), Madrid-Waddington (83.2), and St. Lawrence Central (65.5) rounded out the positions in the division. Ogdensburg’s Joel Conant, winner of the tumbling competition, executes his final flip.  In other skills competitions, the Heuvelton cheer squad picked up the victory in the basket-toss competition and Massena’s Bre Love won the jumping contest.

The Massena cheerleading squad strikes a pose at the conclusion of their routine. The Red Raiders took first place in the co-ed division scoring 120 points just edging out the Ogdensburg squad who recorded 116.25 points. The Heuvelton Bulldogs won the large school division with 120.2 points while Brushton-Moira wins the small school division with 82.1 points.
