Malone's Ashley Lamica leads the pack along the backstretch at Norwood-Norfolk.  Lamica won both the 1500 and 300 meter races, while teammate Jessica Farmer won three events (100 meters, 200 meters and long jump) in powering the Malone win.

A Madrid-Waddington athlete leaps through the air in the long jump competition.  Malone's Jess Farmer won the event.  Jenn Curley won two events for M-W, the 400 meters and high jump.
Norwood-Norfolk's second-place finish was anchored by Emily Cotey's win in the 800 meters.

POTSDAM NIPS NORWOOD-NORFOLK AND BEAT C-F EAGLES IN OPENER


Potsdam’s Kayla Maguire opens up a lead on Norwood-Norfolk’s Emily Cotey in front of the pack of girls from Potsdam, Norwood-Norfolk and Clifton-Fine.  Maguire won three races (800, 1500 and 3000) in pacing Potsdam.  On the opening day of the regular season for Spring Track and Field, Potsdam beat Norwood-Norfolk 167-150 and Clifton-Fine 219-41 in the three-way meet.  Norwood-Norfolk topped Clifton-Fine 216-47.

Runners from Norwood-Norfolk and Potsdam clear their hurdles down the backstretch. Clifton-Fine's Donovan won the 400-meter hurdles. Meanwhile, Potsdam's Maggie Cook won two events including the long jump and the triple jump.  Norwood-Norfolk took first in the 3200 meter relay with Colleen and Emily Cotey, Victoria Hall and M. Lengtry on the team.
