Clifton-Fine’s Jacob Demmon controls Canton-Potsdam’s
Hans Kuno and would win on a technical fall 18-3.
Canton-Potsdam wrestlers grappled for four pins,
including wins by Curtis Barney, Alex Dean, Jacob Moose
and Tyler Searles en route to a 64-11 team win over the
Eagles. Dawson Kerr had a pin for Clifton-Fine.

CANTON ROMPS OVER MALONE FOR FIRST WIN OF SEASON 57-9

About to be pinned, Canton-Potsdam’s Hans Kuno escapes,
reverses and pins his Malone opponent to get the win. Ryan
Brown, Alex Bean and Eb Foote all recorded pins for
Canton-Potsdam in securing their first league win of the
season, downing Malone in convincing fashion 57-9. Malone’s
Keifer Krackenberger won.

In the 220-pound bout Malone’s Keifer Krackenberger has a
Canton-Potsdam wrestler close to being pinned, but settled
for a win on points. Krackenberger won the bout 7-0.
From the outset, Canton-Potsdam dominated the meet including
collecting several wins by forfeit without a Malone
competitor. For the Huskies, Jonathan Boots won in the
super-heavyweight class.
MASSENA OUT-WRESTLES MALONE
IN 41-31 MAT VICTORY

Massena’s Nathan Marshall gets Malone’s Austin Learned
to his back but was unable to get the pin. Marshall won
by major decision 13-1. The Red Raiders outlasted the
Malone Huskies 41-31 on Wednesday. Isaiah Perry and
Hunter Perrine won by decision. Jeremy Malone at 220
pounds had a pin for Massena.

Malone’s Tehatakenta Boots gets tied up with Massena’s
Nolan Terrance. However, Boots would win with a
pin in the second period of the match. Christian
Fountain (132), Ross Barber (152) and Cody Smith (170)
laid pins for Malone.
MASSENA WRESTLERS NIP CANTON-POTSDAM IN 43-42 WIN

A Massena wrestler is about to get thrown to the mat
in Wednesday's season-opener for Canton-Potsdam. In a
thrilling finish, the Red Raiders outlasted
Canton-Potsdam 43-42 for their first meet victory of the
season (1-1). Massena's Isaiah Perry won the final match

A Massena wrestler has the upper hand looking to get a
pin against Canton-Potsdam. Massena's Isaiah Perry
came through in the clutch again, getting the crucial
three-point match win int eh 126-pound class and lifting
the Red Raiders to a 43-42 win.
Wins for Massena came from Dan Elman (138), Hunter
Perrine (145), Joseph Ferrara (195), Jeremy Malone
(220), Joel Hinkley (285) and Nathan Marshall (113).
Canton-Potsdam pins were from Nash Bessette (160), Eb
