Canton's Gretchen Braun is the NEW State and Federation
Champion in the 100 Backstroke! This is a
first for Section X. She achieved an All American
Consideration Time of 55.46 and set a new league record!
Braun also finished the 100 Free with a time of 51.10
earning All American Consideration and a 3rd place overall
finish.
Kaitlin Redfern from Canton finished the 200 IM
with a time of 2:08.36, setting a new Section X record.
She finished 9th in the state. Redfern also finished
15th with her 100 Breaststroke 1:07.12.
Canton's Lexi Stuntz finished the 500 with a time
of 5:27.62 in 23rd place.
SLC's Ella Bellinger finished the 200 Free in 23rd
with a time of 2:03.19.
Canton's 200MR team of Lexi Stuntz, Kaitlin Redfern, Maya
Thomas, Tessa Alguire finished 26th with a time of
1:55.66.
