POTSDAM CAPTURES 2022 TITLE; MALONE 2ND; N-N 3RD

Norwood-Norfolk’s Shannon Colbert was a double winner, topping the 600 meters and the 1000 meter runs, Flyer teammate Madelyn Dinneen captured the 1500, while Kylie Tebo claimed the gold medal in the 60-meter hurdles. Potsdam’s Lindy Bertus bested the long jump and triple jump. Salmon River’s Mckenna Munson won the 60-meter sprint and 300-meter dash. Gouverneur’s Rikki Griffith claimed first place in the 3000 meters.  Malone’s Adeline Chodat won the high jump.  O.F.A.’s Luc Valcour recorded the longest distance in the shot put.  In the relays, Norwood-Norfolk was the winner in the 3200, while Potsdam finished first in both the 800 and 1600.

POTSDAM WRAPS UP 4TH WIN; MALONE 2ND, WILDCATS 3RD

Potsdam's Lindy Betrus won both the triple jump and long jump, while teammate Izzy Shatraw took first place in the 600 and 3000 runs. Canton's Madison Brandy was the winner in the 60-meter hurdle, while teammate Ella Kitzman won the high jump. Salmon River's Makenna Mason won the 60-meter and 300-meter dashes, while fellow Shamrock Krissy Oakes ran to first place in the 1000-meters. Gouverneur's Rikki Griffith captured the 1500 meters. OFA's Luc Valcour tossed the longest shot put.  In the relays, Gouverneur won the 3200, Potsdam won the 800 and 1600 events. Potsdam won its fourth straight meet with 145 points, while Malone moved up to second and Gouverneur third, among the nine teams participating.

POTSDAM WINS TOP WEEK 1; CANTON 2ND, MALONE 3RD

Norwood-Norfolk’s Shannon Colbert won two events – the 600 and the 3200 meters, while teammate Kylie Tebo finished first in the 60-meter hurdles, and Maddie Dinneen topped the 1500 meters.  Salmon River’s Makenna Mason prevailed in the 60-meter sprint and the 300-meter dash. Potsdam’s Izzy Shatraw captured the 1000 meters, while Lindy Betrus came in first the triple jump. Massena’s Kristen Oliver was the victor in the shot put.  Malone’s Emma Hesseltine bested the long jump, Malone’s Adeline Chodat and Canton’s Ella Kitzman tied for the best high jump. In the relays, Potsdam won the 800 and 1600 events, while Canton won the 3200.
